⚡Mail Setup: কিভাবে মেইল সেটাপ করবেন সেটা সরাসরি ট্রেইনার দ্বারা সেখানো হয়। তবুও বলে দিচ্ছি একটি মেইলের gmail username/address/mail, Password, Recovery Email এই তিনটি জিনিস থাকলে জিমেইলের এক্সেস/লগিন নেওয়া যায়। কাজ করার জন্য আমাদের জিমেইলের পাসওয়ার্ড আর রিকোভারি মেইলটা চেঞ্জ করে নিতে হয়। এতে জিমেইলটা আমাদের কাছে থাকে যার থেকে কেনা হয় সে আর চাইলেও এটার এক্সেস নিতে পারবে না। যেহেতু জিমেইলটা কিনে নেওয়া হয় তাই জিমেইলটা সেটাপ করে নেওয়া অনেক জরুরী। যে শীটে আপনাদের মেইল দেওয়া হবে সেখানে মেইলের সাথে নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড এবং নতুন রিকোভারি দিয়ে দেওয়া হবে, সেটা দিয়ে পরিবর্তন করে নিলেই হবে। মেইলের নাম অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। হিবিজিবি নাম থাকলে সেটা পরিবর্তন করে নিতে হবে। রেন্ডম নাম ব্যবহার করলেই হবে। যদি নামের প্রয়োজন হয় তবে বিভিন্ন এপ বা ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন। এছাড়া এখান থেকে নাম বানাতে পারেন। জিমেইলের যে নাম সে নাম কপি করে নির্ভুল্ভাবে শিটে দিয়ে রাখবেন।

প্রথম দিকের মেইল সেটাপ করে যদি নষ্ট হয় তবে সব মেইল একটা একটা করে চেক করতে হবে না। কিছু মেইল বাদ দিয়ে দিয়ে চেক করে যাবেন। যেমনঃ ১,২,৩,৬,১০,১৫,২০,২৬,৩২ ইত্যাদি। এর মাঝে যদি মেইল ভালো পান তবে ধারাবাহিক চেক করতে পারেন।
⚡Mail Setup Guide: আপনি চাওয়ার উপর ভিত্তি করে আপনাকে মেইল দেওয়া হবে সেটাপের জন্য। নির্দিষ্ট সময় থাকবে সেটাপের। উক্ত সময়ের মধ্যে মেইল সেটাপ শেষ করবেন। যেহেতু মেইল গুলো কিনে নেওয়া হয় তাই সেটাপ শেষে মেইল সেলারকে রিপোর্ট ও পেমেন্ট করতে হয়। যদি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে সেটাপ না হয় তবে অনেক সমস্যা পড়তে হয়। মেইল নেওয়ার পর কোনো কারনে যদি সেটাপ করতে না পারেন তা আগেই এডমিনকে জানিয়ে দিবেন। এতে অন্য কাউকে মেইলগুলো দিয়ে সেটাপ করে নেওয়া যাবে।
⚡Mail Setup Limit: প্রতি মোবাইল দিয়ে প্রতিদিন ২০-২৫ টি জিমেইল সেটাপ করতে পারবেন। এর বেশি করলে সকল জিমেইল নষ্ট হতে পারে। জিমেইল সেটাপ করার জন্য বিরতি দিবেন। মানে একসাথে ৮-১০টা জিমেইল সেটাপ করে আর করবেন না। আবার কয়েক ঘন্টা পর একই নিয়মে সেটাপ করবেন। টানা ২০ টা মেইল কখনোই সেটাপ করা যাবে না। মেইল সেটাপের সময় ভিনিএন কানেক্ট করতে হবে না। কিন্তু কাজের সময় সেটাপ করলে ভিপিএন অন করবেন কারন ভিপিএন অন করে জিমেইল লগিন করে রিভিও দিলে লাইভ হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক বেশি। কম্পিউটার দিয়ে কখনোই জিমেইল সেটাপ করবেন না।
⚡Mail Rest: মেইল সেটাপ করে সাথে সাথে কাজ না করলে কিছুদিন পর কাজ করতে হবে। একদিন সেটাপ করে পরেরদিন কাজ করতে গেলে জিমেইল লক দেখাতে পারে।
এরকম রিকোভার একাউন্ট দেখালে ভাববেন মেইলটা লক অবস্থায় আছে। এজন্য ৫-৭দিন অপেক্ষা করে তারপর কাজ করবেন দেখবেন লক ছেড়ে গেছে।
সেটাপ করার পর অনেক সময় মেইল গুলো ভেরিভাইড চাই। এরকম আসলে মেইলগুলো আর চেক করবেন না। এরকম মেইল চেক করলে পরে তা নষ্ট হয়ে যাবে। তাই যে সেলারের মেইল সেটাপের পর একম হবে সেই সেলারের আর মেইল চেক করবেন না। ৭-১০দিন পর উক্ত সেলারের আরেকটা মেইল চেক করে দেখবেন যদি ঠিক হয়ে থাকে তো ভালো সেইম সমস্যা হলে আর চেক করবেন না।
⚡Mail Color: যখন আপনাকে সেটাপের জন্য মেইল দেওয়া হবে তখন মেইলের কোনো রঙ থাকবে না। কিন্তু যখন আপনি মেইলটি সেটাপ করবেন। মেইল ভালো হলে তার কালার/ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড হলুদ করে দিবেন। মেইলটি নষ্ট বের হলে কালার/ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড লাল করে দিবেন। পরবর্তিতে মেইলটি দিয়ে যখন কাজ করবেন তখন সেটার কালার/ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড সবুজ করে দিবেন।
⚡Mail User Manual: মেইল দিয়ে কাজ করার সময় বা পরে কয়েকটি জিনিস লক্ষ্য রাখা জরুরী। প্রথমত, মেইল নামটি জিমেইলের নামের সাথে শিটে রাখা নাম মিল আছে নাকি দেখে নিবেন। মিল না থাকলে জিমেইলের নাম অনুসারে শীটে বসাবেন। অন্যদিকে নাম হিবিজিবি থাকলে তা পরিবর্তন করে নিবেন। যে কম্পানিতে মেইল দিয়ে কাজ করবেন সে কম্পানির নাম মেইলের পাশে লিখে দিবেন।
